Hi thanks for dropping by and welcome to the page. I’m creating a space where ideas, tips, and thoughts about “how to create a more meaningful life” can be shared. I myself, work in the mental health industry and have a keen interest in philosophy, human behaviour, health, interpersonal relationships and how we function, particularly in this new modern era, that is now the 2020s.

What will the blog entail? (Well)… This may interest you if you also like to ponder the meaning of life (maybe a little too much) go into an existential crisis downward spiral, leading to tears, laughter, more tears and crying as you pound your fists into the ground toddler style, to create unnecessary and/or increase anxiety!

Scratch the doom and gloom. Simply, you might be feeling:

  • bored or sick of your monotonous routine life
  • stuck and not sure how to move forward from where you are: fork in the road?
  • over-thinking about the future (“what if I….”) otherwise known as option anxiety overload
  • what do I actually want in life?
  • a need for a career change, what are my passions, interests, hobbies etc?
  • thinking about “what next”, or “what more can I do?”

In summary, it is very human to want to be happy, and to maintain happiness. Essentially we want to have purpose and meaning in our lives. Sometimes we have lost our way, and often we are not sure where to start. We are only human after all, we are not meant to do this alone. We forget that. Really, we seek and thrive from meaningful and deep connection and relationships with others. Hopefully this space can provide you with a forum or platform of new perspective, reflection, shared experience regarding life, ideas, inspiration, motivation and reassurance.
